No One In Multichoice Knows How to Access Access
This is the second month that my Easyview on 2 decoders has been suspended for no payment.
Last month I was told that the 3 reconnection fees of R10 each would be withdrawn. Only one was. Now I have been suspended again.
I pay by credit card debit order. At the beginning of February I had to load a new card, as the old one had expired.
I did this and the debit order still does not go through. NO ONE in customer care can solve the problem. Each time they are supposedly escalating the query. Nothing changes. I get suspended.

there is no customer service. Any reputable company would give you a courtesy call to say that your payment has not been received. Tell you the problem, or ask you to please arrange payment. Not Multichoice, they just suspend you and then argue over the R10 reconnection fee for their mess up, because they do not believe that I have loaded a new credit card. Absolute disgusting service for R58.00 Well done dstv!
