No Monthly Statements
<p>I have sent several communication that I wish to receive emails of my monthly statements but these come only when I complain then stop immediately after. I need to have my statement sent to me, my online profile clearly shows my preffered method of communication is by email and yet you stopped sending me statement mid 2016! Can this be sorted once and for all please!!! </p>
