No Magazine

I'm horrified to hear that I no longer qualify for the DSTV magazine being posted to me because i am under the "cut off " age of 60! How discriminatory is this? I've been a loyal subscriber for 25 years and have always looked forward to receiving my magazine. So now, with no notification, I am informed I no longer qualify, I'm in shock. The call centre could provide me with no assistance and admitted that ad far as they are concerned, I have no recourse. This despite me getting the mail address of a superior who, it turns out, doesn't exist.
