No longer worth subscribing to

FALSE ADVERTISING. Recieved an email in October for previous Showmax Pro users that we will be given compact plus and showmax for 349 till this date I am being charged an amount way above with NO SPORT. The agents listen to the query unaware of anything you ask sign you up for other stuff ( made atleast 8 calls over 30min each) promise to escalate with NO FEEDBACK. sent numerous emails which say nothing useful. At this point we are just trying to CANCEL and still no feedback just got off the call for the 9th time agent promised to call back as his line is bad it's been almost an hour. The whatsapp and online methods to cancel is USELESS.

I would much rather recommend NETFLIX and SHOWMAX alone than signing with dtsv. Their customer service is pathetic.
