NO LOGIC

Good day, I am totally peeved off & not impressed with DSTV Multichoice. There is no logic in the decision of me not being able to qualify for this PRICE LOCK option. I have a set debit order at present with DSTV so the amount will not alter yet because I am in the process off rectifying my current financial obligations I am being penalised. You will "qualify" me for the increase to R959 p/m but disqualify me for the price lock which is the amount I have been debited for the last 2 years. NO SENSE in this decision. I would understand if this was a new contract I requested BUT its just a carry on at a set rate. I have been a loyal customer for many years but that doesn't count for anything. Anyway...........Avery confused system....Offers for loyal customers BUT loopholes to prevent follow through......IN OTHER WORDS JUST EMPTY PROMISES.
