No installer for 3 weeks, now fighting for a refund and being called a *****ster.

On the 21st of December 2025, i saw a Dstv HD decorder + installation selling for R699 and i bought it. On the 23rd i received the decorder and on the 24th i started calling to check when will it be installed. I called them for 3 whole weeks instead of getting some sort of help they kept saying they're escalating the matter up until the 6th of January when i decided to cancel the order and told them to come collect their decorder and refund me. Even today i'm still fighting with them regarding this whole thing. I have all the evidence of my communication with them. Here are some of the escalation ref numbers, ************77807
