No Installation for 2 weeks

On the 4th of May 2023 I subscribed to DSTV ULTRA EXPLORA compact plus(price lock). On the 12th of May a gentleman called saying he is supposed to come and install but however he is experiencing challenges with the decoder and is asking to install the following day. Then the gentlemen confirms my address and upon then realise the address on the system is an old one of another province. Then he said he would report it(higher authority) so that it can be reallocated to the correct province and installation take place. Thus far I have not heard a word from anyone or even given feedback with the so called reallocation for installation. I do not know who to contact personally to correct this problem because ke the installer is just a sub contractor from DSTV multichoice but the actual people responsible are keeping quiet. not acceptable all
