no installation done

I went to buy DSTV to tsakane mall multichoice outlet and was told it will be installed the same day and was not on, saturday I went to inquire what had happened could not be given a straight answer I asked for the managers to lay a complaint and was told Mr Manana does not want his numbers to be given out and yet his the only one whom you can lay your complaint. Still sunday past 12 and nothing has happened. Disperatly need of help
