No installation

Decoders delivered on Friday 07/May/2021, price lock department called on Monday when the phone wasn’t answered they decided to give me a run around despite my pleas with them. And again today I was told the matter was escalated and will be resolved in 24hrs. They might as well get their courier to come collect the devices as they’re of no use to me without installation.
