No ID for R100 decoder

I don't recall how long I have been a customer. It was meant for my kids for cartoons which is why I chose the cheap package. My decoder bombed out and I bought a second hand decoder. Previous owner completed change of ownership but now I require an ID copy. Who in today's society gives a stranger a ID copy for a R100 decoder? Please just cancel my service. I am not prepared to run around for ID copies. I would rather not have this service and get my kids Wifi instead.
