No honesty and integrity managers and agents !!!

After more then 8 calls and 5 managers later Dstv staff still does not know what they doing.Im charged a premium which is paid yet my DSTV is not working .Nomvu night team leader not at all of any help. Also gave me the incorrect details e-mail address for her manager when asked for someone higher then her (Nafisa Adam)I was told previous managers did not transfer the credit as promised like really must clients now do your jobs as well!!!!
