No help with debit order issue
On 3 difference occasions myself and my partner called Multichoice for help with a debit order issue. The first time was in August when they had a problem with systems and only deboited me for the decoder care for my explorer. The agent then advised that we make a transfer for that month, which I did. We then called in September ater I received a text stating that my account will be debited for R1500 and some change. We called again to find out why amd the agent told us that the previous package was reactivated on the system of is incorrect. they escalated this to the explorer deivision and we received no response. My partner then called a few weeks after that and tghe agent for the seconf time excalated it to the explora divsion. I called today and spoke to Mpuli who told me she would escalate it to the explora diviison of which I told her i am not willing to take, either her or her team leader need to assist. This escalation goes into a black hole and this has affected by credit. Sithuli (team leader) comes to the phone and all of a sudden he cannot hear me and says hellow for a bit. I then answered and advised that I will load this on hello peter as I am getting no joy.
