No help what so ever.

The call Centre is useless.. One agent cannot pick were the other one left off.. I have ordered explora price lock after 2 months it was finally here and now I am trying to have it activated only to be told they can't activate it they would have to come pick it up n give me a new one.. The service it so bad.. Multichoice doesn't have a direct number for the price lock department they agent don't know how to get hold of them no contact numbers nothing.. I was so looking forward to having the price but now I would rather buy and cancel the price lock..
