No help received in months

I have reported to DSTV that most of my shows do not load on Catch-up yet are available on the decoder. Up to this day, the matter has not been resolved. Every time I follow up, I have to tell the same story and follow the same steps that led them to escalate the matter, yet every time, there's never a solution, they forever escalate and never get back to me.

My frustration is that I pay for this service but I can't access it fully.
