No help DSTV
I see this is not the first time that this has been posted by other people. I have been trying to rent movies on boxoffice for a week now via sms wothout any results. I have phoned with no answer, i have send sms's, i asked for support on the website and have sent emails and no one os interested in even giving me any sort of reply but yes take me R900 every month with no hessitation but nothing from DSTV. There was mention that dstv had an issue with the system over the weekend but it was resolved. Its wednesday and it does not work but the worst is that i get no reply from anyone. My email is *** so contact me on there if you want to. Dont phone me as i am not interested in talking over the phone to anyone.
