no help at all

Having the most unpleasant experience with dstv. 3days ago i contact dstv to sort out a few changes on my account. I provided dstv all the information they needed. they assured me my issues will be fix in 2 to 4 hours. Since then its been three days and no proper work has been done to my acct. Every time i email the department handling my acct they do not respond. i wait hours for a respond. the last i heard from dstv was 2:13pm today. When I ask for clarification on my acct, there are no responds and when there is then a different person keeps emailing me. They just no help to me at all. After i have emailed them that i am taking them to hellopeter, I haven't gotten a respond back at all. my acct is still not active. I have lost so many days already and yet dstv is expecting me to wait another 24hours.

Please help me sort out my acct
