No hello peter feedback or response from Multichoice/DsTv.
Well, I did get a call but only after I sent a second email which had their attention. It's a petty they are trying to retain their clientele but the treatment from the Call Centre staff is unspeakable. The worst is no one attended to a Hello Peter complaint which raises a question how many complaints remain unattended too as they deem them not important. The care for the company and its clients it's clearly not there. Without subscribers there would be no company and this is bad publicity, unwanted and uncalled for if you ask me. Customer retention is non-existent. When I was working there, we had an outbound Call Centre to just check-up clients if they are still happy especially those who are consistent in paying their monthly subs. Nowadays employs are just happy in taking their monthly salaries home and no care of their clientele. This is an absolute big mistake the company is making and obviously heading to a wrong direction. What happened to performance appraisals? Anyway, we can only say so much but there is much work on ground to be done by Multichoice and they need to get employees with the correct attitude.
