No Free Installation

After recently purchasing a DSTV Decoder (with free installation) from Pick 'n Pay for my parents as a Christmas gift, and after contacting the listed service providers (Bop TV & Satellite; Mr TV Mr Satellite; Tellycare) I was told by all the service providers that they do not the free installation as it is not feasible for them to do so. Why then does Multichoice sell/advertise these decoders with free installation and list services providers that are unwilling to do the free installation but who are eager to inform you that they can do it privately? Christmas has come and gone, and the gift that I had hoped to give my parents (both pensioners) lays unconnected in the box at the back of a cupboard. If this complaint isn't resolved speedily, my next port of call will be the Consumer Protection Council as this is clearly false. This product is advertised with free installation and the unwilling service providers are listed as Multichoice services providers.
