No Fibre coverage in my area

Hi. This was my last resort. On Tuesday night, I dealt with Katlego on the chat option on my app, the agent was delightful and suggested that someone needed to call me for my query from fibre, I agreed and a call back was scheduled for yesterday. The morning of the 4th someone actually returned my call, from the call centre, she said her name was Poppi, not sure of the spelling but this is what I heared then she promised me someone from fibre would call me to arrange installation if I was eligible, none of that happened. Just a few minutes ago, I called the call centre and I was transferred to Zamani, another delightful agent and professional to work with but he couldn't find coverage in my area. This is where my frustration comes in. I recently parted ways with Linteg over their lack of service rendered and I was so dissatisfied to say the least due to connectivity issues. I'm currently shopping around for fibre and I was told DStv also offers the same service. How come I can't get coverage when I've had coverage previously with another service provider? Maybe I don't understand fibre at all and how it works but from the little knowledge I have, I've figured it out that coverage is needed, first and foremost. Fleurhof can't be hard to find on the system. So I should continue shopping around? Once I understand the nitty gritty of this, then I will make peace and try elsewhere.

Hi. Apologies, I wasn't expecting a call late Saturday afternoon when I was getting ready to go to the stadium. I have just checked coverage, I do have but a consultant told me I didn't qualify. This is now confusing, let alone frustrating. Thank you for the call back though. Giving up.
