After numerous calls calls from 22.12.2015, and emails between myself, Anele Mtiki and Marius Van Wyk, Siphesihle Teffo copied on all email correspondences, with proof that emails have being read by all of them, none of the 3 is bothering to give me conclusive feedback with regards to allocation of my EFT E-Bill payment. I am disgusted of the kind of customer service you provide
