No feedback on queries

Very bad when it comes to enquiring about a show that we saw last year and no feedback on when we will see the second season. Wrote how many emails to enquire about the series"1923"? Second season out in USA in February 2025 but not in SA? Why bring in a series we are crazy about but we cannot watch it the next series? I thought shows are Express from the USA as soon as it's available? Somebody at DSTV is sleeping and not keeping up with series at all! Plus then you pay over R 1200 per month for DSTV! Is it worth it? No one at DSTV even bothered to answer my query?
