NO FEEDBACK on DPP QUERY
i sent messages on monday to get contacted by DSTV regarding the DPP R799 Deal they have, they finally called a day later, did the application, and no feedback for another day, finally spoke to someone who picked up an issue on the bank details (although the banking details were correct), they re-did the application, it is friday now, and spoke to Multichoice, they have nothing loaded on my account, spoke to courier service, they havent received ANYTHING from Multichoice, so even if they call me now to confirm delivery, i have to wait ANOTHER week to get the decoder?? definitely not impressed, !
