No Feedback on Complaint and Incorrect Account Amount debited
No feedback on my earlier complaint, i'll complain every 5 days till this issue is resolved. MultiChoice, you have the audacity to deduct R1143 in my November debit which is R81.55 more than October for Box Office Rental when the movie did not become active on my side. I have called numerous to the Customer Care Centre and they have not resolved the problem. Deal with complain laid on Sunday (31/10/2021) on your system and provide feedback to me by calling me on ***.
