No feedback- Good for nothing!

I'm disgusted at DSTV on how they handled my complaint this far. It is a clear sign of arrogance from the company as I previously alleged. I received the following feedback to date after having filed my complaint on this website:

Dear Raphuti

We acknowledge receiving your enquiry. Feedback will be provided as soon as possible.

Regards

Multichoice Team

Dear Raphuti

We sorry to hear of the disappointment you experienced when applying for the PriceLock deal. Your enquiry has been referred to our PriceLock department for urgent assistance; they will contact you directly with your concerns as soon as possible.

Thank you for your invaluable support.

Regards

Elna

The 1st response was to acknowledge receipt of my complaint and the second being to give an assurance that some will deal with it. It was a pure fallacy as to date my matter isn't resolved. I got a call from an Agent on Saturday the 20th August 2016. The Agent requested me to send a letter requesting that I being given reasons why my application for price lock up was declined. Why should I explain for me to get feedback from DSTV’s own decision on me? I mean really, it is my profile after all and I'm the account holder, I've every right to know why I've been declined and challenge such if I feel it is unfair or the decision has no ground or basis. For heaven sake, on my complaint I'm very specific. I want DSTV to spell it out for me why they think I don't deserve their price lock offering. They claim to be customer centric and I feel that is not the case given my experience to date. It has being almost 7 days after I've logged my complaint and haven't received a feedback. It is shocking that such a Multinational company can't even manage to follow through on a mere customer complaint. I can't wait to see other role players aggressively entering into this pay TV space as DSTV is holding us Customers to ransom due to their monopoly. I hope this time around I'll get a direct answer from DSTV!

Good day Dinah

What must I provide? Multichoice declined my application for a price lock. All I wanted to know is why? I want to know on what basis did you decline my application. Why must I put it in writing that I'm requesting such feedback. It is a normal practise that you inform a client why you decline their application. In practical terms all I requested was to pay Multichoice almost R80.00 more than I'm paying now! I mean really , is my credit worthiness that bad according to you that I can't even afford R80.00 more? Shocked......then You can as well stop my DSTV services as according to you I don't qualify and afford to have one! What is in writing? I did indicate in all my previous correspodences that I would like to know why you declined my application. Do you guys want me to write a letter perhaps? We live in a digital world, please smell the coffee!
