NO FEEDBACK - FALSE ADVERTISING
Complaint submitted on 24 January 2021. To date, no feedback received:
I recently took out a contract in order to benefit from the 20% discount on subscription. The contract has been implemented and I have moved up to Legend stage. Now there is no 20% discount. This is false advertising and false promises on the part of DSTV. I will take the matter further.
