No feedback and suspecting *****

I went to one of the DSTV stall in Menlyn placed infront of Checkers. We met a guys named Mahlogonolo he told us about price lock and gettting a new decor because our recently bought decor is not working it keeps on saying format or disk full. Tge guy asked me to email him my ID and bank statement which i did and he said he will get back to us. Today its Friday again 7 days later nothing. I called the centre and they said therebis nothing on record and they will get one of the sales people to call ...noone called. I sent Mahlogonolo and email asking what is going on and no feedback. Now i have to drive back to Menlyn and comfront him about my personal information that is probaby sold for *****
