No feedback after told i would be contacted

<p>I have the price lock plan which is R949.00pm and I was debited an amount of R1068.00. I contacted DSTV after being shuffled around from department to department they said is was an error and the credit amount will be transferred to my Bank account. Which has not happened yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>Got reply from Rupert that someone will contact me this is almost a week ago. </p>
