No Feedback after chatting to three supervisors

Hi Peter I called multi choice on 3 occasions since last week and up until now John the manager is still returning my call. I have been **** to on all three occasions and need to know if I should drive into oak avenue and demand answeres. My dstv has been disconnected on 2 occasions of which they don't have answers to yet I'm on a debit order system. On the 16th of Jan Someone called multi choice and they got assisted with my account yet I wasn't the person that phoned and I am still waiting for the call recording. I am so sick of the bull sh it story they keep giving I now demand answers not apologies .
