No feedback

I challenged Multi -choice on their decision not to offer me their "price lock" promotion. The Lady from Multichoice phoned sometime last week saying the reason why my request to get price lock was declined was simply because my Income is way less than my monthly expenses. My answer to her was that if that is the case how come I've been keeping up with paying the monthly instalment of R844 for DSTV Premium without missing any payment to date? I also argued that their assessment was flawed and I would like them to prove their assertion. The lady said to me she can't prove or answer my questions as she was just giving me feedback and Finance department will be better suited to answer my question. She then promised that she will escalate the matter to finance and someone there will call me and explain their decision to decline my request. I must point out that to date I haven't received any feedback from Multichoice’s finance department. It is disappointing that it looks like no one is taking my complaint serious. I had a chat with my Colleagues about this matter and one of them indicated she had a similar experience. In her case it was even worse in the sense that she only had a car credit and the house was paid up. She was declined and Multichoice couldn't provide reasons why and she ended up buying the Decoder cash. I now have a feeling that your promotion of price lock is a fallacy and it is there to just create hype. I need answers still as to on what basis are you saying my Income is way less than my expenses? I'm not on debt counselling and was never declared insolvent. Can someone please explain your decision? I'm not leaving this matter and I demand answers! I know what I'm paying for on monthly basis and I'm married any my Wife and I have various financial responsibilities in the household. I hope this time Multichoice won't duck and dive, but you will provide feedback! I don 't have the energy anymore......................
