Good day,<br> <br> After several attempts in trying to resolve my query, I'm still not getting any joy from multi choice. I received a call from a rude lady \Asivhanzhi Mudzanani "who is suppose to address my query but all she did was hell @ me. Today i wake up and my services are deactivated even though i paid my normal subscription. I was promised by a call centre supervisor \""Bheki\""that my query will be looked into and he would call me back but nothing till to date - he further logged a call which i presume is still not resolved since he didn't call me back to provide feedback on his investigation - call ***. Today i called the multi choice called centre and spoke to a lady by the name of poseletso who was merely echoing the very same thing Bheki was saying. I am not willing to pay any monies apart from my current services"
