NO FEEDBACK
Last week 27th December a call centre agent told me I qualify for a promotional package where I will be upgraded to DSTV compact plus at a reducwd rate. Today when they tried to do a debit order for an incorrect amount I started calling them after 14:00 today to get clarity on this situation. I spoke to 3 agents by now at my own cost telephonically. You have to explain the same scenario to every consultant that gets your call. I gave theme the date, time and number the call was made from to go and listen to the consultant giving me the package information that I agreed to. To date NOTHING has been done that helps my family in any way. They are quick to cancel your service, but the internal procedure to assist a client is pathetic.

We have listened to the three calls. From what we can hear, you were on DStv Family and not DStv Compact and you and the consultant came to an agreement that he should upgrade your service from DStv Family to DStv Compact. The account was not upgraded to DStv Compact Plus.
Kindly be aware that we had a promotion to upgrade from Family to Compact and we also had a promotion to upgrade from Compact to Compact Plus. Here is a link showing the different packages https://www.dstv.com/topic/compare-packages-***3
