No extraview and no access to half the channels I'm paying for - again: PLEASE help me to sort this out

For just under a year now, every month, I am subjected to the following experience:

1. My access to Extraview disappears.

2. A phone call to DSTV's customer service (if one can call it that) eventually results in a request from their side to escalate the query, with a promise that I'll be phoned back within an hour or two.

3. The promised phone call from DSTV never materialises.

4. Somewhere along the line, access to half the channels I'm subscribing to disappears.

5. Eventually, after a few days, and numerous phone calls, I reach someone with a modicum of knowledge about the DSTV system, who restores both Extraview and the disappearing channels.

For this month, I am now at point 4, and I simply don't have the time to go through the arduous and frustrating efforts necessary to tackle point 5.

PLEASE, can someone from DSTV contact me and help me to sort this out. I'd prefer email contact, so as to keep a record and retain continuity, but it seems the customer service process is set up to avoid this (emails can only be sent to no-reply addresses).

It's more than a day later, and still no one has contacted me, so not quite sure what "as soon as possible" means. In addition, I phoned the customer service line again last night. Again, the query was escalated, with promises that I'll be called back last night. And again, no one has yet called me back. Let's just say I'm not holding my breath for a callback anytime soon.....

And in the meantime, no Extraview and no access to half the channels I'm paying for. Perhaps you guys should consider a merger with Telkom. Then you'd have a 1-stop shop for not solving elementary customer services issues.
