No Explora delivery but billed & threat disconnect
Cell phone text received 23rd February 2015
DStv: We're happy that you are still feeling every moment. To stay connected, pay R818.10 by 24 Feb & avoid disconnection. Dial *120*68584# for payment options
What is the meaning of this???? I do not need threats of disconnection!
A similar message appeared on my TV screen last night.
I just had a discussion with a call center agent who informed me that my address is somewhere in Makopane which is completely incorrect.
I would like to know who and when did my address change - this is ***** - someone now has my ID number and physical address that should probably not have this information.
I took up the Explora promotion at the end of December 2014 and was informed due to high demand that you will get back to me. I heard nothing and then received a call from someone to confirm my address as somewhere in Polokwane!!! Also incorrect and I corrected it and made it clear that you should not charge me the R799 as per the promotion before the decoder has been delivered.
Now apparently I am being charged for the Explora as from 2nd February but still no Explora in sight! Do yourself a favour and establish the whereabouts of this decoder
