No explanation /no refund on funds paid to another subscriber

Payment made but not allocated to my account ********** / [# ********** ]

I was told that payments i made to multichoice were allocated to another subscriber - but attempts to get refund/ explanation from multichoice came back blank. Instead they have effected another 12 month payment with no explanation of what happended to the paid amounts. regards phumudzo ********** 387
