No ethics

I was on dstv price lock and agree to pay by debit order but they did not deducted even though I have money in account l. Now u blame me by disconnecting our.service this.is not right. U are such a big company why didn't anyone phone me.or.send a message my I'd is *** and want u to.reconnect my services pls
