No email communications

It is very disappointing that its now not possible to send emails anymore to dstv to resolve any queries. This makes it difficult especially if you need to send them attachments to highlight your queries. All other forms of communication via WhatsApp or chat does not neccessarily relate to your specific queries. Never heard of any company closing their email form communication.
