No easy sign up process
I wanted to sign up to the streaming packages so I can watch the tennis tonight. But there was a problem because I have a very old account from 20 years ago. It wanted to send OTP to old numbers that I don't have.
I contacted your call centre, they were unable to modify my account and they said it will take 24-48 hours to resolve.
I don't want to sign up now. I was all ready to pay and sign up.
The whatsapp number is useless, it is a bot that cannot understand questions that deviate from the standard list.

11 Jun 2021, 20:20Thank you. Sorry I am a bit harsh but this kind of thing shouldn't happen. Just disappointed to miss out on sporting event that I wanted to watch. Bit crazy having to wait 2 days for this to be resolved.

13 Jun 2021, 15:58I finally got connected thanks to one of your agents on the chat. They really should have done this on Friday.
Now I find out that you don't have subtitles on the streaming app, only on the decoder. That is really terrible. Going to have to cancel the subscription.
