No dstv switch

After two months I finally received my dstv explora. Open the box and no dstv switch. I've seen the explora in shops and read the online quick guide . Which claims the switch is supp****. Ok no problem I'll buy one wait the thing costs over R 800. If I had been told when signing up for this DPP deal that there's no switch and it costs almost as much as the decoder I would never had signed up for the deal . To make things worse when I app**** for the deal on the 26th of feb the price was R 799 again \no problem it's our fault that the application lapsed and you will still pay only 799 just complete the new application and we will make it for 799"guess how much my first premium was ?
