No Dstv, even though I paid.

I paid my account via eft. Took Dstv 4 weeks to allocate the payment to my account. In the meantime, I have been disconnected every second day and having to call in to get reconnected. Now I'm sitting with reconnection fees that was supposed to be reversed. Was advised by a consultant that someone will call me within 48hrs. It's 4 days later and all I get told is that they escalating the matter. In the meantime I have no dstv and expected to pay for a full month's service.
