NO Dstv even after paying on time and in FULL!

As ive done for the last 15+ years and being a very loyal paid up customer of Dstv, i paid my monthly subs as per usual on Tuesday 1 July 2025 at 10h13 via my usual method which is my Fnb app. Absolutely no different to how i pay each and every month without hiccup. The very next day on Wednesday afternoon, i recieved a sms notification from dstv to inform me that my Dstv services have been disconnected due to non payment. I contacted Dstv via the "lets chat" option on the website and discussed the matter with one of their friendly and very helpful consultants after which i sent him my Proof of Payment to show that i did indeed pay and he happily reconnected my services, also escalating the matter to the finance department. Friday morning which was 4 July 2025, i get same sms notification to inform me once again that my services have been disconnected. Now quite irritated and frustrated, i jumped onto the live chat again to resolve the persisting issue. Again i was reconnected and issue escalated to the powers that be. Luckily i had Viewing for the sport weekend only to this morning, once again get a sms notification to inform me of a third disconnection. Back on the live chat and properly upset, i was, this time, not reconnected and told to email my proof of payment to "***" with my issue. Ive now done this today 7 July 2025 and await a response. I do not have Dstv viewing currently for non-payment as per their app and website. HOW can it be that this is still not resolved after 7 days?? I can only assume that dstv has mis-allocated my payment or or or, im not sure but i do not have a service that i have paid in full for. PLEEEEEAAASE Dstv can you help me like right now so we can both move forward. Its school holidays dont forget so i have a young child at home with their mother with NO Dstv. I would also like an apology for this. Lastly but not least, it seems that ive now also been charged some sort of fee for non/late payment just to rub course salt into the wound, WOW! HELP Please!!
