No DSTV Connection for over a month!!

Our DSTV has not been working for over a month due to bad weather, we have no caretaker to report to and yet our rent is expected to be paid on time, the Benoni board has not been helpful either they only tell us that they communicate only with Owners, we contact owners and they tell us about insurance sorting it out which still hasn't been sorted out.
