No Dstv although payment is made twice in one week

My husband has payed our account twice in one week because according to Multichoice we were due our account. He payed the first amount on Sat 29/5 and last night our Dstv has been shut down again according to payments not made, so he payed the same amount again this morning, and still no Dstv. So he phoned the helpline and got absolutely no assistance.
