NO DISCOUNT AS PROMISED, ONLY THREATS OF DISCONNECTION FROM DSTV

I started with dstv in July 2022 .On 25 August 2022 I received an e-mail stating pay on time and you`ll pay R585 pm for Premium for 3 months. Save R 254pm. This has not been the case as stated , mail after mail, with no discount. Paying on the 26th of each month, Multichoice has now sent an inflated dstv premie due by 12th October 2022. Payments made 4 July R831.00 6 July pay additional R 105 for catch up 26 July pay R934.00 25 Aug pay R454.40 according to discount e-mail received, and app info. 4 Sept pay additional R 508 , as received threat of being disconnected. 26 Sept pay R 695.00 according to acc. NOW ACC SAYS R 1137.45 IS PAYABLE BY 12 OCTOBER 2022. WHAT HAPPENED TO R585 PER MONTH FOR 3 MONTHS. AS YOU CAN SEE PAYED MORE EACH MONTH. JULY TOTAL -R936 FOR JULY AUG TOTAL-R934 SEP-R962 OCT-R695
