NO DELIVERY OF MY DSTV EXPLORA

<p>Im annoyed with the lies that your agents in your call centre speak , I was called by them about a month ago regarding my application for the Explora price lock promotion . the call took place on the 29th of March and i was then told i can expect the delivery of the decoder within 5 working days , I waited and waited and my decoder was never delivered , Call made to Dstv but no joy , then on the 13th of April i received 2 sms's saying "YOUR DECODER PAYMENT PLAN APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED. YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED IN THE NEXT2-4 DAYS . Today is the 24th of April and i dont have delivery of the decoder ??????????</p> <p>The guys at DSTV are usually on the ball and help as quick as possible but i dont know why the incompetence has creped in now .</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can i have feedback</p>
