No Delivery of Explorer Ultra since the 8th February 2023
Days turned into weeks and weeks turned into a month plus with dololo delivery of an Explora Ultra Package since the 8th February 2023. Numerous follow-ups were made to no solution in sight. It's such a shame that a company with such a good reputation has such *********** personnel who cannot oversee the delivery and resolution of the matter. It's like they were all baptized in the river of incompetence.
