NO DELIVERY - NO Rugby World Cup in HD in Sept

At the end of August 2015, I ordered the current DSTV premium package including an Explora for R849 per month. My application was successful and I was informed on 2 September 2015 that I would be receiving my explora package in less than a week's time. To date I have not received my Explora. Yesterday, 15 September 2015 I called the Bloemfontein call centre to enquire what the delay is due to. I was informed that the only information available on the system was that my application was approved on 2 September, without any more information about delivery. I was further informed that the query had been escalated and I should receive a call in the evening, or at the latest on the morning of the 16th September. I have not received any call! the whole point of getting Dstv this month was to be able to enjoy the Rugby World Cup starting this weekend! I am truly disappointed as this was also one of the current marketing strategies of Multichoice to encourage new customers to sign-up this month!
