no delivery and worst customer service

Why do they recommend installers that are not reliable? I spend R599.00 of a Dstv box plus petrol to go and buy it at forest Hill on the 24th Nov, airtime to call the installer after he promised to show up on the 25th since he couldn't make it on the same day. On Saturday I called him 4 times as he promised to show up until he arrogantly told me he is not coming. I went back to the pep shop for follow and I was informed that he will come and again no sign of installer. Finally I took it back for a refund, Sunday morning I get a call about the installation and told the caller I cancelled. This morning again the moegoe calls me at 6h45 am about installation, where was he when I needed his help the whole of Saturday, spending my money to Forest Hill back and do forth, calling him like I have to help him while it's vice versa. Pep and Dstv please get reliable installers. Services bad bad bad
