No delivery

Multichoice recently had their black Friday special at the end of November 2018. They had the dstv explora on a R749 Pricelock special which I thought was a great deal. I went ahead and signed up for the special and through all the necessary documentation. I received an in the beginning of December telling me that my application was approved and that the explora has been sent to to courier for delivery and will be delivered by 5 - 7 working days. Three weeks have passed and the explora hasn't been delivered as yet. I can understand why people now prefer Netflix. Terrible service.
