NO DELIVERY

I ordered a DSTV Explora (R899 promotion) on 24/11. I paid the delivery and administration fee on 30/11 and they confirmed receipt of payment. They promised me delivery after 7days as per their policy. According to me delivery should have taken place on 3 December 2015. Up to date I haven't received it. I have phoned Multichoice numerous times but with no success. I spoke to the following supervisors, Thulisi Dube who didn't return my phone call, also Anele Mtiki who didn't return my phone call and I also spoke to a Cherryl who did not return my phone call and also Batumalo who did not reteurn my phone call. No one can give me a reason why it has not been delivered yet. I spoke to a lady this morning, Heriot Majodina, who told I will only get my decorder next week......maybe. This is absolutely unacceptable as I am going on leave on Tuesday and that is why I ordered it. To enjoy my holiday and relax in front of the TV.
