No Decoder problem, but still no DSTV

If I could give DSTV no stars I would. Tuesday I was unable to watch tv. I was told that my decoder could be faulty, went to test it Wednesday, I was told there is nothing wrong with my decoder. Bit is was my power supply. Wednesday and Thursday my power supply was working without any problems....after testing my decoder. Friday not signal....but my decoder show green light and it shows rebooting. I was on the phone for over a hour. I put down the first time I was put on hold as well as a second time after 45 min without any luck. Didn't even bother to phone me back. And guess what still no DSTV. I am.done
